This property management agreement is intended for real estate owners to execute with those managing their property for rental purposes.

Owner hereby appoints Agent as sole and exclusive Agent of Owner to lease and manage the property as described upon the terms and conditions provided herein. Agent accepts the appointment and agrees to furnish the services of its organization for the leasing and management of the Premises; and Owner agrees to pay all expenses in connection with those services.

To the extent that funds are available, and after maintaining the cash contingency reserve amount as specified as described, Agent shall transmit cash balances to Owner periodically, as follows monthly. Such periodic cash balances shall be remitted to the following person(s), in the percentage(s) specified, and at the address(es) in question.
